These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Signo, a developer event notification service that lets you receive notifications from your applications on your devices. By creating an account or using Signo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Signo lets you register applications, send labeled events, and receive push notifications on the devices you register. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the service evolves.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Signo. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the events and content you send through Signo. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights to send it. You grant us a limited license to receive, store, process, and deliver your events for the purpose of operating the service. We recommend not including sensitive information in event payloads.
We may apply rate limits, quotas, and size limits to keep the service reliable for everyone, and we may adjust these limits at any time. Automated or excessive use that harms the service may be limited or suspended.
We work to keep Signo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors. Notification delivery depends on third party platforms and networks outside our control.
You may stop using Signo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your associated data.
Signo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the service will not infringe the rights of others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signo and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of Signo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Signo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
